Having worked in Japan for years, I have been amazed that unlike our executive/administrative assistants or other low-level white collar workers, the so-called Japanese OL’s or office ladies (essentially young women who work in an office) will put some of our attorneys, management consultants, and Wall Street bankers to shame. Indeed there are so many Japanese women that love flowers on their dresses and I thought this paisley print dress with a lace trim at the neck and the hem made it super-cute.

Japanese woman in a pink shirt
Like women all over, Japanese women are obsessed with pink; I guess this is their way to emphasize their femininity. I particularly liked this shirt because of the frills in the front.
