Treat a woman like flowers
Based on my many experiences of culture shock in Japan, I was always fascinated by mistakes that people make when they are in other cultures. As everyone agrees, Japanese culture is so distinct from any other and we all have our sad and/or funny stories of misunderstandings.
In my latest short story, Flowers Need Tender Care, a well-intentioned Italian man finds out the hard way how cultures are different. He almost loses the girl of his dreams but because sex makes everything better and regardless of where you are, we all make love the same way, he gets her back.
