Non smoking hotel rooms in Tokyo
I am researching hotels in Tokyo for a forthcoming trip and it seems that there are so few hotels that have non-smoking rooms available. I have read horror reports of tourists who requested nonsmoking rooms but were not given one on arrival due to non-availability. When I lived in Japan, I was more tolerant of smoking, but lately, I cannot stand sleeping in a smoking room, though, I might survive in smoke-filled bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. Any suggestions?
