Are Japanese nail designs better than those in Korea?
I was having a discussion with a friend and she thinks that while the cute nail designs may have started in Japan, right now South Koreans dominate the industry with cooler designs and accessories to put them on. I am a bit surprised to be honest. I know something like that has happened in electronics but this sounds that it is not true.
